These terms govern your use of OkFarsi PDF Tools. By using the service, you agree to process only files you are allowed to use and to follow the rules below.

Use the service only for files you own or are legally allowed to process.

Do not upload malware, illegal material, confidential third-party data, or content that violates others' rights.

Processed files are temporary and are deleted automatically within 2 hours.

Ads, third-party providers, and future premium features may have additional provider terms or notices.

1. Service scope

OkFarsi PDF Tools provides browser-based utilities for PDF conversion, merging, splitting, compression, OCR, page management, password protection, and related document workflows. Features may change, new tools may be added, and some tools may be unavailable during maintenance.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, upload malware, process stolen files, violate privacy or confidentiality rights, infringe intellectual property, bypass access controls without permission, or overload the infrastructure. If a file is not yours, you need clear authorization to process it.

3. Your files

You keep ownership of your files. By uploading a file, you grant OkFarsi a limited permission to receive, scan, process, transform, temporarily store, and transmit the file only as needed to provide the requested tool result, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Security and deletion

Files are transferred over HTTPS and stored temporarily for processing. Uploaded files and generated outputs are deleted automatically within 2 hours after processing. No online service can promise absolute security, so highly sensitive documents should also be handled according to your own legal, workplace, or client requirements.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it. Conversion, OCR, compression, and repair results can vary depending on the source file. Keep your original files until you have confirmed that the processed version is acceptable.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The site may use hosting providers, security tools, consent-management systems, analytics, advertising networks, and other service providers. These third-party services may have their own policies and terms. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of generated files, or error-free processing. Always keep your own copy of important source documents.
